Students in this introductory acting class will have fun exploring movement, characterization, and call-and-response techniques. Our youngest actors will read and interpret stories about water and the environment. As a finale, they choose one story to stage and present at the Matrix Educational Showcase.

PUPPETRY


More 5-7 Fun at Showcase! Elemental Puppetry

This puppetry class focuses on the four elements of the earth. Students will make puppets based on earth, air, wind, fire, and imagination! Techniques introduced will include clay sculpting, mixed media art, and recyclable material reuse. Their projects will culminate in a display of their works at the Matrix Educational Showcase.
